hey folks
there is one of my friends, who is also an employee at my job who can wait on a table of 12 people..sometimes more..and remember everything that was ordered (from appatizer to dessert) from every person, without writing anything down..and get it back to them without a mess up--and a few days order still remember everything that they ordered....
im just wondering, how the hell does he do that
i told him to go get his I.Q. tested...

I think he just has a really, really good memory. Or maybe just a good system, people that have such memories often use a system: like this Russian, that is said to have remembered Everything from since he was young. He used a color-coding system in a way (he did it automatically).
Anyhow, even if it is partially true, what the human brain can do is astonishing and always capable of surprising me.

Yeah some people have better memories, but you can totally learn it. Ive read books on memory techniques and they have worked somewhat, once you start to lose interest though I think you just go back to how you naturally are.

Just make a memory warehouse.
