Aw! Poor thing. I got food poisoning from delivery pizza once. It was a very peculiar pain in my stomach, not like a normal cramp or anything, so I knew something was really wrong. That, plus I was vomiting and all other fun stuff...
I'd suggest taking an advil or two for now and see how it goes. Also, if you can, try to do some exercise.. that will help release some of the energy you're still feeling from yesterday. But that's only if your stomach doesn't hurt. If it does then scratch that and drink some fluids.
