Just drink a Red Bull or another one of those caffeinated energy drinks, they give like 200& of your RDA of vitamin B6 and B12. One of those litre bottles from a store near me gives 1000% if you have it all.

yea but nos reduces your absorption of b6, so even if you take b6 it wont be absorbed if your inhaling multiple cans of whipped cream, in moderation its okay, and fun

Actually B12 and only after months of immense intake. There are few documented cases of serious harm done through severe B12 deficiency as a result of N2O usage. Most took between 80-150 hits daily over 4-6 months and more before they started getting the typical symptoms of motion disorder and tingling limbs.

Also, vegans are at a much higher risks because B12 is only in animal products (though most vegans supplement it anyway).

Why would talking about drugs not be allowed on the board? People talk about booze all the time here.
