Xox is back on staff guys! I think it's phenomenal. When she was on staff before she was active and very involved with the community. We can look forward to this again. She made a great mod then and she'll make a great mod now.

Lul, I don't understand why we always congratulate the peeps who quit staff and then get back on. I mean, it's not like they worked to regain that position. They most likely just asked or were begged to come back by another staff member.

It's no secret or big surprise that a majority of the staff currently still listed as "staff" are not active, - at least not in the same regard as some members here who are worthy to be staff members but aren't. RL responsibilities precede online duties 24/7 and that's understandable, however...if it's just ongoing inactivity...I think that's inexcusable. It's that reason alone (not being able to fulfill duties of staff) that some staff members resign instead of just leaving themselves up there as staff so that they may pickup and drop DV whenever they want. While I'm not saying this is the case with Xox (seeing as I don't know her reasons for initially stepping down) all I DO know is that she was a great mod while on staff, resigned...and now is back on staff...which means we can once again expect great and faithful work from her.

The mods do a lot of things behind the scenes, even if they don't post much, they're very active.

I didn't call names because that's not my place and I don't want this thread to become about that, because it's not. However I will say if any feel like it applies to them then that's something I guess they'll have to work on.
