Wow IZ, thats impressive, i wish i could even carve such a thing out, but i'm rubbish at that sort of thing unless i spend weeks on it lol. Good job though

Same here. I have the same problem with easter eggs. Too bad we can't do it together. I wonder if someone would lend me a kid or two.

And Burns, you've still got to carve a pumpkin! I've done it alone before and it's just fine. I mean, how can someone who loves Halloween as much as you do possibly be satisfied not carving a pumpkin?

What's Halloween without the smell of pumpkin pulp....the feel of the slime all over you hands....the twinkle of the candle through the jack-o-lantern's face on your porch in the cool autumn evening air...that faint smell of the flame burning the pumpkin's lid....

I don't think you can't go wrong with little tea candles... even if they do fall over they get smothered by the pumpkin flesh.

MellC, how did you do that witch, it's awesome! Were you working off a template, or are you just a really good artist?

I wont be carving a pumkin. Never have either, I'm boring..

I will try to carve a pumpkin tonight if I have time. I'll post it when it's done.

I plan on carving one, as long as I don't have too much work to do. Even if it's after Halloween I don't care, I'll still carve one.

Yeah we do, just I am a boring old man, and don't normally do things like this... But my friend is making me go to hers and make pumpkin face things, so will get some pics for you guys, doing it Tuesday...

They're called jack-o-lanterns!! Not pumpkin men, not pumpkin-face-things!

Well I'll be looking forward to seeing your pics...I'm assuming this is your first time, for some reason. My advice is don't try to make any parts that are too small; like too-little teeth or eye details--that's what always messed me up.
