The Right Man In The Wrong Place Can Make All the Difference In The World

      I love the G-man. Who else plays Half-life 2?

I had a dream where G-Man told me his actual motives. They were not all that crazy actually, rather childish to be honest. Don't remember what exactly it was, but it was lame.

But yeah, I love the Half-Life series, and I guess the main reason I stick around is the story, especially G-Man.

Ooh ooh, I do I do.

If I think real hard, I think I can remember most of his dialogue...

I loved his appearing in HL2 EP2, it was so unexpected. "Oh no, not a bug, not no-"

Love Half-Life. I cannot wait until episode 3 comes out. HL2 Episode 2 was left at a cliff hanger.

Is it going to be by itself? I hear that they might put it in a collection of sorts, since console players are interested in Half-Life now.

So, I don't think they'll release HL2: EP3 just by itself on Console.

I think they will. That was kind of the point behind the episodic games, that they can be made faster and sell for less than full-length games. However, I wouldn't complain about another orange box. Possibly with Portal 2?

I do believe Portal 2 (which has been confirmed) will be a full retail game, but it might be in their interest to make it a Portal2/HL2:E3 Bundle for $50.00

Same here. I'm a total "fanboy" of all half life and source things.
Portal, tf2, cs everything is awesome.
Not to mention the 3rd party mods like PVKII and Black Mesa. That's going to be awesome as well.

note: I love that music at the start of the vid. The scary, ominous feel it has truly has a half life feel to it. At least that's how I feel it.

      Garry's Mod...

I love that mod. Extremely popular too, I think the facepunchstudios (Garry's Mod forums) made itself a huge bridge leading to 4chan.

I played Hidden: Source too, it got boring, though because being a soldier was just boring, and I would never win being the Hidden!

I was actually considering "Wake Up Mr. Freeman, Wake Up and.. Smell the Ashes".. but at that point I didn't feel like changing the title.

Anyways... I would play Counterstrike, but in all honesty, I'm way too new at PC FPS to play Counterstrike. I mean, I've played them, but I'm too new to fast paced ones. I tried playing some Serious Sam online the other day, and I shit myself.

Anyways, I recently had to re-start Half-Life 2 on my Xbox 360 because I had to delete my saved games (my xbox live account got stolen), and I forgot how LONG of a game it was. I mean, I was trying to find every Lambda Locater (I've gotten all of them so far), but it was like.. 3 hours and I was still on Route Kanal! Oh well, all in good fun.

Everyone always complained that getting across the anti-lion beach without touching the sand was so hard, and I thought it was rather easy. I also can't wait to try to get two achievements, the one where you have to carry the little garden gnome through Episode: 1, or trying to complete (I think Episode 1) only using 1 bullet.

sandtraps was so godamn easy, if people think that was hard, they should quit playing first person shooters.

I've been a FPS nut since 1997, thats 11 years of ass-kicking experience

I love counter-strike, I nail all of those suckers before they see me, my reflex's are like a cat's because i've had such a long time to memorize the recoil and the maps and the character models and such....

I couldn't get across sandtraps with out touching the sand because I didn't have the patience for it. Isn't hard to survive though.

Like I said, I don't have any problem getting through it, I just prefer to fight the ant lions rather than going to all that trouble to avoid them.

ahh I see, but the problem is, they don't stop spawning in that level, every time you touch the sand they spawn so its a real waste of ammo, imho.

I'm such an ammo whore in FPS games, I conserve ammo like a bitch!, and i smash every crate in the game and there's not a spot un-checked...lol im very perfectionist

I had to do the sandtraps on my Xbox 360... I'm feel like I have more control with a controller over a keyboard, due to my lack of keyboard and mouse experience.
