I saw it live, but at first I didn't realize what was going on and I thought she had started singing and her mic went dead. Then later I read the news and watched the video again and it turns out she was lip-synching. Freakin hilarious..... and I also read that she had taken a stance againt lip synching in a magazine interview and it went like this: "I'm totally against it and offended by it. I'm going out to let my real talent show, not to just stand there and dance around. Personally, I'd never lip-synch. It's just not me."
