Arson. The arsonist has the power to take many lives at once and torturously and decides to wield it.

Child abuse (be it sexual, physical or mental).

Taking extra money at shopping checkouts and not telling the till assistant you made a mistake. In supermarkets, you're just getting the assistant in trouble. Shoplifting is a far less damaging crime.

Animal cruelty, and Rape or torture of women, or children....But when crimes are against women, or transgendered people, my blood BOILS like the sun.

But my real answer isn't really a crime. I hate it when people use stink bombs on the last day of school. It just annoys people.

Rape. Murder. Child abuse. Animal abuse. Large scale crime (ex: Enron).

under age drinking, speeding, recreational drug use, hmmm, I kind of thought I'd have more of these. But still, the laws against this stuff really grinds my gears.

Such crimes against men and boys aren't any more humane - these days, the number of little boys getting raped probably equals that of little girls. And, the fact that women still take precedence in custody battles, even when the father has done nothing whatsoever to condemn him as an unfit father, is a crime to me. It also grinds my gears, as someone else put it, that "the woman is always right" when she is an eyewitness testifying against a man (since somehow their memory bypasses the natural psychological tendency to misremember things). But whatever... these are just my little tirades vs. the American Justice System...

Anyway, the crime I most despise is murdering - with a gun - an unarmed person. It's the most cowardly thing on the planet; killing a completely defenseless person with a long range weapon. It's like "Oh, I'm gonna kill you, but I'm not even gonna give you a fighting chance. BOOM. Yer dead." Cowardice, cowardice, cowardice...

I hate crimes against children (pedophilia, molestation etc.)
the fact that someone could even consider this makes me angry, I hope every single one gets apprehended and dealt with accordingly.

When people who work with the government like police officers and government officials do crimes, and aren't punished because of their position.

rape and child abuse( mental,psychical etc, especially sexual assault on little kids by their father), i wish all the people who committed these crimes could be given medieval punishments, i'm thinking the pear.

People under the drinking age limit are not responsible. (Sure, that goes for the over age drinkers too, but I hear about a lot more deaths with underage drinkers.)

Speeding? You're joking right? Do you realize how many HORRIBLE drivers there are out there? It's like the DMV just starting passing out license without even looking at who they were giving them to. Do you realize how many lives are taken because of accidents caused by speeders? How many are saved because Police stop speeders??? And all you get is a ticket. The only time you get jail time is when you decide to be an idiot an start a high speed chase (I'm a HUGE fan of high speed chases, by the way. ), and when you have something in your car like a weapon (when you don't have a permit) or drugs. (The drugs are the US. I don't know how law enforcement handles drugs in other countries)

Anyways....my list is;

Regular abuse
Animal abuse
Child molestation
Rape
Hate crimes
Hit and run
Drunk driving
Theft
Robberies (yes, they're different)
All other senseless acts of violence

I don't think lists are going to get this thread any further.

My personal rage is reserved for people who go into people's homes, torture them for fun, then kill them, then move on, sometimes hitting whole families.

I swear, anyone tries ANY shit in my vicinity will immidiately be shanked Altair-style.

I there is interesting reading about vigilantes, and it is suprising how much you can scare a criminal by simply making him the prey. Police are predictable, but when someone hunts you a different mode kicks in, and you no longer have the time for crime, or sleep, knowing you have some seriously pissed people after you. And you are not getting a lawyer, getting a trial or going to prison. Straight ticket to hell.

When you think about it, it makes perfect sense. When a criminal hits, he has all the planning and preparation in the world on his side. Even if the person has a gun, the civilian is still at a disadvantage. Nobody knows who you are, where you live and if you are armed or part of an organization. Besides, the way they work is they leave no witnesses. If you get away, nobody knows where to look. And you always feel like you have plenty of leeway after arrest with the court order, trial, prison and such.


And then people say the death penalty is too much. Well basically the criminal is safer than the civilian. Civilians get hit by virtually invulnerable criminals, who after arrest get a comfortable life of reading, healthy food and leisurely hobbies. So shoot the bastard while he's loose for God's sake.
