Three years younger? IMHO, either she likes you, or wants to be seen with an "older" guy, or, more likely, some of both.

EDIT: I'm assuming here that you're in high school.

No way of knowing for sure if thats why just by letting her do it. Go up to her randomly and start talking to her. If she diverts all her attention to you, smiles and really give off good vibes... She probably like you.

From a girl's POV, I'd have to agree with what they guys have said above. I'm guessing she probably likes you if she drops whatever she does to talk to you. Is she someone that you would consider going out with? If not, be careful not to lead her on.

I know the answer you want to here is...she probably likes you. I would say that is the only reason she would drop doing what she is doing to go over and talk to you. If you like her too, ask her out. If you don't like her, then don't give her ideas that you do. Women are tough to get rid of when they think that you like them.

It sounds like she likes you. What sort of stuff does she say to you? Like does she involve you in the conversation with one of her friends or does she start a conversation with you?

ok, well, i also think she likes someone else, so i do not know if she raelly does like me... but the other day, i was walking in the hall and she talked to her friend. then she comes up to me and just starts talking... no real big subject, just like smalltalk or something... yeah, and she probsably does like someone in her calass..so that might also help.
