I've been gone for awhile...people update me! What have I missed? I think I hallucinated for a half a second and saw MoS in red, but that couldn't be, could it? Did he finally sell out to attain ultimate power? What else is new? I've missed...a few...of you.

Everything is pretty normal last time I checked.

This is really odd and coincidental. I haven't checked this forum in so long, and today when I happen to spend the whole night staying up (perhaps literal/unconscious connection to the slogan below the 'Dream Views' banner--but I digress), I happen onto here. Then I enter the lounge and see this post by a familar face.

Old memories returning thanks to the 'search' feature; it's odd seeing things you've posted a while back, but also nostalgic and cool.

Yeah nothing much has happened, MoS became red, asher went on holiday, less people banned. Just the usual...

You missed this dream I had of 3 evil jr. high students who sacrifice elementary kids and no one knows who they are except it is a t.v. show for kids and a woman (and her partner) and then a man (and his partner, both partners being of the opposite gender of whatever the other is) are hunting the kids. One of the 3 Jr. high kids is trapped on a train with a bunch of smarty pants kids and one of them says he has poisoned the train (because he is a smarty pants future biologist kid) and all the kids are going to be paranoid and then die in 6 hours if he doesn't get what he wants, and then the voice over announcer guy for the t.v. program says "remember he's a jack ass" in reference to the kid who sacrifices people and it is funny because he has to save the train in order to save himself and he has to act like he isn't evil all the time even though he is!

If you read that I laugh at you hahaha. WB Nina =).

Not much has happened as far as I know, but I haven't spent a huge amount of time here either. I'm still pretty awesome. I guess that's all you really need to know.

Haha...good to see this place hasn't changed too much I suppose.

But seriously, how did MoS manage to become an admin? Last I remember before I left for awhile, MoS was still handing asher his ass on a platter...

It was a political move, to get the owner of LL onside.

kichu actually lost some awesomeness for a while, but now she's back even more awesome.

To answer your question: Ame stepped down. MoS took over because he was the only one who could deal with the bullshit. I'm making him work, making new tutorials forums and moving people around and stuff

Also, there was finally a first DV Newsletter, go check it out, it was pretty cool.

First of all, good to see you, Nina! I missed you.

As for my red stars... Err, well, asher left on holiday, Ames stepped down, and I...stepped up. Quite a large step, actually. It's pretty much like Ninja said; I was the only one who wanted to deal with it.

I'm enjoying the hell out of it, though. Banning alt accounts is even more fun than I thought it would be. Though having to be diplomatic sucks sometimes.

We had 2,300 Newbies gunned down, and another 600 put in concentration camps to generate workflow to keep the forums running.

Actually, that was Wave's idea, I think. The big hamster-wheels were genius, whoever thought it up. With 600 newbies, we can successfully power the whole of Off-Topic! Now to figure out how to reconfigure the belts to supply power to General Dreaming...

Nina I sympathise with you as well, I just started getting back into the swing of things. I just started working full time right after my week long Mexico vacation. I probably won't be on here too much because of work.
