That's nice.
cool story bro...
i hate when i wake up and im facing the wrong way so im all disoriented...

I once woke up in my bathroom.![]()
I once... ok, multiple times... woke up in the bushes outside of the apartment complex that I lived in in college![]()

IN the kitchen table? Not under it or on it? That must have been VERY painful
I sleep on couches because of a similar reason, Silent. On a bed, I toss and turn so much that I get no rest. I still toss on the couch, but not as badly lol
One time I woke up standing in front of a cabinet in my homeI stepped on a piece of paper and the crinkle sound woke me.
I also once woke up just in time to see an 18 wheeler almost crash into me. Errr, well, that's how it LOOKED in the side mirrors as I was driving our 40 foot long RV through down town Atlanta and fell asleep behind the wheel.Thankfully I had an adrenaline surge that woke me right before *I* veered into the trucks lane.
My oldest daughter always winds up on the floor.
Caffeine, meals and snacks before bed as well as extra stress (including exams and illnesses) can make you more restless. Don't worry about it if it's only happened once or twice. Just nurse your finger. Hope it's better soon.

MUCH better! I kept envisioning some poor guy with shards of table protruding from his body![]()

In the past, my floor awakenings have always coincided with dreams in which I was falling. No idea why.![]()

I quite frequently wake up with my right arm dead because I sleep on it the wrong way. It'll be completely numb, no feeling at all and I can't move it. In fact, I had a dream about it last night.
I was sitting at a table with a few of my friends in some sort of ceremony. I say, "Man, I can't move my arm very well it's like something is constricting the circulation"
DC says, "How do you think I feel, I'm terminal."
I realize inside the dream that I've slept on my arm. I wake up suddenly finding my hand is behind my head.
