Hey all,

First of all we are still trying to solve the problem in regards to the site's availability: for some reason we've been exceeding our available resources lately. Our host has increased some of our resources which seems to have helped, but now we seem to be occasionally exceeding our alloted cpu usage for some reason (which was not usually a problem before). So I still don't know what's going on.

Secondly, the Help! forum now allows anonymous posts from those who are seeking help. This will completely conceal your identity from all users on the forum; in fact, the only two people who will be able to determine who you are is Seeker or myself...and we will only do so if there is very good reason to (which is unlikely).

To use this feature, simply check the 'Post Anonymously' box at the bottom of the post; note that you must do this when originally starting the thread. Any subsequent replies that you post in your anonymous thread will also show up as anonymous. Those who are simply providing help cannot post anonymously.

Remember, again, that you must select the 'post anonymously' box before submitting your new thread. If you forget, you can always delete your thread >before anyone else replies< by simply reading the post and clicking the 'X' button in the post window.
