I now this doesn't seam to be on the right forum but I want you to now that there is a role-playing forum on this board, and we would like it if more of you went there, the forums in pretty bad shape, and everyone there thinks it's well... dead.

I've always thought the Adventurer's Hall was a pretty obscure idea. Not in the sense it's something I don't like, but it really deviates from what the main audience of DV is here for - lucid dreaming. So it being dead and all that wasn't exactly that surprising for me.

It's dead alright. The only popular topic in there is the bar one, but that's just a load of quick posts and no actual substanial RP'ing. Is a whol e forum for one or two decent threads and a bunch of unpopular ones worth it? You could just dump 'em in Senseless Banter and be done with it. But it's just my opinon.

I think the one reason for turn-off is the whole "This anime junk board? No, I'm definately not going there.." kind of generalizations that people make subconsciously a lot of the time. Obviously it's not totally anime or anime influenced, but a lot of DV-ers can get that impression.

Yes.

... but yeah, this isn't the place if you're looking for a RP. I say keep the forum there though, you never know if someone wants to post in it.
