using AOL software is always a compromise.
the HTML looks fine to me, and i've never seen that problem. try using internet explorer or firefox or netscape.

When I went to send a PM, this is what I got:
Edit: OK, when I went to my Messages first, everything was fine -- but if I click on the little "PM" button under someone's name, that's what I get still. Can someone tell me why and also perhaps fix it?

hey,
could we please try to stay on topic in this forum?i only ask because this forum and announcements i like other users to read, and i think they're more inclined to read posts in here if they're actually of something concerning them. that's why i disabled replying in announcements: i don't want users to stop clicking on that forum or this one.
thanks.![]()

'dawg got it. As an old AOL user (I am now on BT Broadband, thank heavens), the AOL software, in my experience, is quite easily shit. If you get disconnected, for example, you'll lose whatever it was you were typing at the time. Also it tends to have compabaility problems with certain sites, so use Firefox or Internet Explorer (couldn't remember the link for IEOriginally posted by icedawg

But anyway, that page looks to me like it stoped loading halfway through or so, and then AOL showed that half loaded page, so the HTML appeared as text, basically. I've experienced that before.
