You can't even spell the word 'intelligent' and you expect me to believe that you can light yourself on fire "..like the human torch.." you furthermore expect me to believe that it is possible to bend the rules of physics, just because you can do so in a simulated environment (your dreams)..

When you get older you'll realize how foolish this is. Any attempt to 'break out' would be another dream itself, it would simply be changing the surrounding area of your dream, though it may appear to be real.

I'm not trying to insult you, I'm trying to help you out.

Realize what you're suggesting is impossible, period. No arguments.

What you're doing in dreams is only possible because the dream is projected by your brain. Reality itself is not projected by your brain, only the interpretation of reality is connected to your brain. Therefore, reality itself cannot be altered, the only thing that could be altered is your state of mind.

People can catch on fire for no apparent reason. I think it's called spontaneous human combustion. It most likely has nothing to do with "breaking out", but nobody knows what causes it.

For the record I was talking about intentional, mental spontaneous combustion. Not about doubting fire itself..

Tibetan monks have been able to raise their body temp. several degrees through meditation and training. There have actually been tests too. The greatest change in tempreture has been in the arms. However, they never caught themselves on fire that way as far as I know. But, your right it's not very credible for one's are to catch on fire like that unless it's a coincidence. Natural gas can accumulate on/in certain objects and eventually catch on fire.

I dont mind going to paradise. But I think you watch too much "The Matrix", or a movie of that sort. Anyway, if you break out, I would love to see what are your results.

i can tell you right now that quantum mechanics states that physical reality exists only at the moment of observation and that physical reality could in fact be created by the mind it self.

creation x if you like Tibetan monks you should probably study their teaching on the practice of natural light through dreams and dzogchen traditions.

NaturalLight, are you talking about the Schrödinger's cat theory? (It's a theory that if no one observes an event then all possibilities happened until one observes the outcome. For example if one were to put a cat in a box and put a machine in it with the cat that gives the cat a 50% chance of life or death, then until the observer opens the box, the cat is in a "superposition" of being both alive and dead.)

your completely right but, it goes alittle deeper than just a Schrodinger's cat theory. What if instead of the cat you put the entire universe in it the box?? the theory is almost proven by the two slit photon test.

The cat in the box is only an example. I wasn't saying that it only applies for cats or even boxes. It is really imposible to depend on the accuracy on ones senses anyway without another observer that also cannot prove the accuracy of his/her senses, thus the universe is always in a supper position of an infinite number of states for each infinentaly small point in our multidimentional universe. The number of states is at least infinity^infinity^infinity^infinity^infinity also known as aliph (subscript) 4. Of course thats only if the universe has four dimentions (including time).

The universe as we understand it right now as 12 dimensions.

To clarify:
The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle states that by observing reality you affect it, that's a little different to what you were saying. This effect is only seen on the quantum level though.

Well, I was off by an infinite number, and I misspelled aleph. So, the odds of this happening by chance are around n/aleph12 if n=# of infinite points in the hyperspatial volume in the arm for a give duration.

Translation:

Translation: it's not going to happen randomly without any cause at all. It is more likely that he did do it himself. I should add that a natural cause is more likely, but most likely of all: it never happened. but the n/aleph12 thing just has to do with it having no cause at all.

well we are talking about quantum physics with relation to lding which answers the phenomna of dreaming not be explained to its core anytime in the near future but heres a good acticle on it here.
Alfred wolf also has a good book on this stuff "dreaming universe"

AND create a paradise, then place a huge portal between america and europa, where people would have to sail through, then paradise would be on the other side.

Perhaps more paradises, more worlds.

You're able to do what you want, in the real world, and the only thing you come up with is a rubbish copy of heaven?
Come on, what about implementing some monsters to the world? Ban guns, bring back swords. And bring magic to the world. (Magic should not be confused with minor lucid powers) Tons of possibilities! And wouldn't it be fun to create an entire new element, and sending it to earth, then you could watch the scientists, and see how fast they would find out their properties.

I think that anyone can see, the first thing to do after successfully breaking out is proving it to other people. Otherwise you might as well live in a lucid dream.

Ah... I think your confusing OBE and AP with real world, Apparently they have the same rules as dreams, so it will be confused with super powers and all that, yet, I won't say bringing dream-world things to normal-world is impossible, but really unlike... nearly 0 lol And it would be harder than that <.< But if you can... take me out of my body!

He was supposed to be able to prove it 4 days ago, sorry for anyone who actually thought anymore of this than a simple laugh.
