Thread: Can you see yourself in Mirrors during OOBE?

I have seen myself in mirrors while lucid. Perhaps you were in a lucid dream?

Most of the time, I look like my current form. Occasionally, I will see something different.

Mirrors are a lot of fun, try to manipulate your reflection next time!

Also, they can give insight into our true selves.

hmmm, I think I'll try to look into a mirror when Im lucid then . I love insights about me.

I have looked into a mirror in a dream though, but I cant remember if it was lucid or not. I was running at light speed backwards and creating explosions in the streets so i guess i was. Anyway when I looked in the mirror I was the woman in Will and Grace. I think her name is katherine(the high-picthed voice). I thought tha was kind of weird.

IT sounds like you had an OBE.
First Robert Bruce, one of the experts and pioneers in OBE travel, says in his book that yes, you can see yourself in the mirror and that when people see each other in OBEs they look younger, just like you describe.
Second, when you looked into the mirror, you are not looking into a physical mirror, but rather an energy impression of that mirror. sure everything looks real, but it is not the physical world you are traveling in. You are in a an energy plane but closely follows the real world, but it is not physical. Thus, you were able to see your energy reflection in an energy mirror.
Have you had other OBE experiences?

Yeah.. this would be my 4th OBE (if I assume all WILDs taking place in a setting almost exactly alike the place where I'm sleeping is actually an OBE.) I've had countless Lucid Dreams and WILDs, all spontaneous too, though they are extremely brief, lasting no more than (what feels like) 5 minutes.

Yes, I have seen myself in a mirror while OOB and I did look like myself though I had longer hair.

Also, while viewing my reflection, I repeatedly changed the color of what I was wearing by simply thinking of different colors.
