Thread: Has anyone actually experienced an "Astral Projection"?

Yes. Separating my soul from my body and Journeying in this form is something I do on a regular basis. It's not impossible at all. Many cultures throughout the world practice this every day. Only those who have fallen prey to Westernized ideas about "Logic" and "Science" seem to suffer from an inability to accept and/or understand this simple Truth.

Yes, i Astral Project as many times as i can, and they are entirely real and quite easy once you put in the practice.

Yes, it is possible. I've done this many times in my sleep and did not know what was happening. After research I found out I was APing. I'm currently studying it now so I can try it again, this time with the knowledge.

It is an amazing experience. Words can't describe it. I would suggest you read about it if you're interested. I just ordered Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. It seems like a good starting book. :]

I've done this a couple of times, entirely unintentionally to be sure. The experience was different than dreaming, there was a stark difference in the way things looked and how I thought and felt about them. In each I simply floated away from my sleeping body, but sometimes what I saw was different than what I would have seen when awake. Like the room might be the same but things sitting on a table were different. Whether it was a version of reality (like past or future) or merely another form of dreaming, I just cannot say. If it was the 'astral realm' then anything could be possible. Hard to prove or disprove another realm.

I havent yet but Im doing an energy raising course thing in one of Robert Bruce's books, and getting close to properly trying to project. From what Ive read and what Ive heard, its completely real and completely possible, only weve been conditioned to believe that things like that arent possible.
