I've killed alot of people in regular dreams, but in lucid dreams I don't bother to do so unless they are in my way. In most of them I've felt good afterwards, and in some I've felt regret - not much regret, though.

have you ever killed someone is a dream or lucid dream? what was it like? did you feel guilty or relieved...

Ya blewn ppl up that bug me in lucid dreams, and in non-lucid dream lets see, knife, pistol, straggle, and rocks are usally my weapons of choice in non lucid dreams.

I have never successfully killed anyone or anything in my dreams. I will get into fights sometimes, but its more like a Jason scenario where the bad guy will just pop-up around another corner or whatever. If I have a weapon, I can sorta destroy people, but then they disintegrate like they are holographic images glitching out or something wierd like that.

I consider myself a nonviolent person, but I recall a dream where I had to kill someone. I picked them up and kept trying to break their neck, the whole time I was screaming "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" ...I don't think I've ever successfully killed anyone. :x
There should be an option " I felt nothing special"
I killed a good friend of mine in a dream about 2 weeks ago. It was a very interesting experience, because I remember how It felt to kill him (I stabbed him with a spear) and how real it looked to see him die. At the time I didn't feel particularly good about myself but didn't regret it either, since I "did what I had to do" at that time (or so it felt). When I walked away he was resurrected with a bright flash of light, which did make me feel relieved.
Still though, killing him was a more or less nice experience... O.o
A dream
is a reality that others cannot see.
Reality
is a dream you share with others.
I have never felt the urge to destroy someone else in my LDs, or in my non lucids either. To me, killing them would be as bad as killing a part of myself. I mean, everything that you dream about becomes a part of you in some way. [/i]

I've never killed anyone in a dream, but I've sure beat the hell out of some of them ninja-style. That was sweet.
I'm almost only using my hands in non-lucid violent dreams. I had two violent ones this week.Originally posted by justme

In one of them I found money in a lake, started picking it up, then a guy attacked me to take the money for himself. I took a grip around his throat, strangled him, then I threw him into the lake.
In the other one I was in a city, and someone attacked me without a reason. Again I used strangulation (sp?), but he didn't die. When strangling didn't kill him, I threw him infront of a bus.
It's pretty fun with violent dreams I've to say.

haah thats awesome, sure hope you didnt kill one of your emotions or something like that... that dream sounded a lot like LOTR to me

I had a dream where I didn't actually get to experience killing a person, but I did experience HAVING DONE it. In other words, I was in a situation where I knew I had just killed somebody. It was a person who had done nothing wrong and had bad problems with depression and drugs. He had even mutilated himself really bad one time. I felt like the most horrible person on Earth. It was terrible. Nobody knew about it, and I knew I could get away with it, if I wanted to, which I didn't. I had no idea why I had killed him, but I had to deal with the fact that I had. Waking up from that damn thing and finding out that I hadn't really killed him was one of the biggest reliefs I have ever felt.

Ya the only time I used hand to hand in non-lucid was when I stragled that one person, the only time I felt bad because she was already bleeding to death from the neck and out numbered. But man she just whoudln't die. But the rest of the times I felt okay I was the one at the disadvantage, knife vs pistol, machine gun vs pistol stuff like that.Originally posted by King and God

Yeah I dreamed I chopped up my ex with an axe after he cheated on me. It felt disgusting to me. I woke up with tears on my face and pillow. Strange thing was even while I was dreaming it, I didn't want to be doing it. Dunno why I dreamed that unless it was because he cheated on me, and I needed to vent.
I felt way too guilty, and was having a hard time finding unique places for all the body parts I had to burry in broad daylight...lol
I have too much of a conscience to be an axe murderer I suppose. It is not something I want to experience again.
See ya on the other side...
I sliced up eric bauman. It felt good.
<there is no Spoon> <is there a spoon> <no, dude your not even holding anything> <Crap!>
this guy had me in a headlock when i suddenly became lucid. i escaped from the headlock and then reached my hand into his mouth and ripped off the top half of his head. it didn't feel good nor did it feel bad, but i woke up immediately afterwards, so that was kind of a bummer.
gragl

haha, thats pretty violent... for some reason i have never killed anyone in a dream, and in a lucid i would rather have them just dissapear rather then pull off body parts.
