How Do I have an OBE, and SP?

Ok, I've read tutorials, and all that stuff. But they haven't been quite helpful.
I've done the way where you lay down, and try and go into SP, and then OBE. But I have yet to go into a full SP. I lay down, think of a heavy blanket being put over me, from my toes to my head. And yet my left ankle sort of 'tenses' up, and i get Restless Leg Syndrome REALLY bad. Though i kind of cured RLS, how come I still can't SP properly, or OBE properly? Any tips or suggestions on how to?
      Thanks!

They say that you need to separate your "Physical body" from your so called "Astral Body". you can do this while in Sleep Paralysis how? , ... i don't know but i am sure the forum can provide you with enough information otherwise google about it

This is the same problem I had for 2 years, the problem that prevented me from getting me into this seriously until ~ half a year ago.
You're bound to fail over and over again the way you're doing it.
The problem is it can't be done when you're first going to bed. You have to either do a WBTB (set an alarm to wake you up in the middle of the night, then stay up for about 30 minutes to an hour before attempting - this vastly increases your chances of DILDing even if you fail to get into SP) or do it in the middle of the afternoon.
I've stayed up until 4 or 5 AM trying to attain SP many times before I realized that that was useless. It just doesn't work. I still haven't been able to wake up for a WBTB (I've tried many times, usually I wake up to the alarm and then get lazy and go back to bed), even though I'd probably have huge successes if I did.

tl;dr, Never try to do it early in the night, before you've slept at least 2 hours (and the more the better. I think 6 hours is best, if you can work it into your schedule). You'll keep yourself up all night (or at least until you give up).
My username does not mean anything. It's not supposed to signal my religious preferences at all.

      Everyone is different.

From my personal experience, AP/OBE is very difficult. I have only had a full-blown OBE (directly from waking) one time. I actually practiced it about 20 hours a week for a year. I would have lower level AP's... more like HH that lasts a long time.

It sounds to me like you just need to practice more.

Well my LD this morning seemed like an Astral Projection/OBE, what I did was wake two hours before I wanted to get up. I stayed up for about an hour and a half. My body was still tired, but I actually drove and did things. Then took a nap. During this nap I entered a very scary SP. Once you get to that "black void" imagine that you are rolling, you should. If you imagine floating off the bed, it will seem like your conscious will be floating around. I have more details of my experience in my DJ on here, maybe this could help.
