And by joint you mean weed or something else?
Do you mean that you can induce an OBE just by smoking something...?


I had some dissociation during my only use of DXM... I couldnt feel my body and i was sorta drifting around...I could feel my hands floating around me, while they were laying on my chest... I guess it was an OBE...

ya it was weed no coke or whatever. and it was a nicotien od i could bring it back whenever i smoked a cigarette. but now i stared up again or i never really quit. and weather im high sober or whatever i could just concentrate on it and i could feel the comming on to it but then i just snapped back. its weird i think im either goin crazy or theres really something "out there" if you know what i mean, but its kinda freaking me out

yep, it's freaky.
but it's nothing to be afraid of.
And if you can do it at will, it's a gift.

the thing that im afraid of is what if i leave and never come back like stay in where ever i am? i would not want that

Yep, but it's just a web search away - search (or rather google) "astral projection techniques", or "inducing OBE", or something like that...

I've found some info, and tried it this evening, I felt *something* happening, but it wasnt an OBE... But it was cool.

Basically just trying to meditate in the basement. listening to the rain and thunder in my headphones and having a sleepmask over my eyes.

I tried 3 things
a) pushing on invisible rope (which I felt improvement)

B) visualizing myself in the middle of cornfield with rain around and imagining me going lucid, which succeeded.

c)focusing on the body and feeling weird sensations in my arms/palms, very similar to drug DXM. - they were feeling like they are in a different position...

Well, it took me 50 min and surely was fun. One thing - in the end, when i opened my eyes i felt like Huh? why i'm in my basement???

Sure, this may be no big deal to some guys, but i felt it for the first time!

one time...I tried meditating to Emperor...I think it worked nicely...I was in the passenger side on a ride home...I closed my eyes and thought of myself as being alone, in a futuristic vehicle, taking me home...it was inside a kind of tunnel thing...kinda hard to explain, but it was beautiful, the scenery...I focused entirely on that...oh it was so pretty...it was night and there was a city in the distance, and a body of water to the right... the lights were SO enchanting...could that be considered meditation? I don't see why not...* shrugs*

Wow, that site has a lots of good stuff. THanks for the link. Your experience Ev sounds pretty cool. Hope I can achieve things like that eventually
