Thread: oev's when sober

Sometimes i see some "pixels" just flash in front of my eyes. but it happens at random.

A couple of times i hit myself prety bad and had little "rainbows" flying in front of me.

I see some transparent spheres moving across my eyes if i look at the sky through the window. I suppose it may be dust on my eyes, but it's still there if i blink.

I saw a face of shadow in the darkness once behind my eyelids. But it was few days after using acid. maybe just a flashback.


As for the real kid while you are sober - this is pretty fu*ked up...

thats what i said but the thing is it just wasnt me who saw it. an other 1 of my buddies saw it too and it freaked the hell out of us. but this site to good for this stuff cause anyone i try to tell this too or anything to just pretendes to listen or care .

Um....what's an OEV?

OEV = open eye visuals
CEV = closed eye visuals

↑ usually used to describe visual halucinations

well when I was really little, it was dark and my door was open, I was laying there lookin at it...and I swear to god I saw a woman lean around the corner and look at me...then went back..she was dark like a shadow though...I even got up and looked around the corner, I was like.."momma..?" that what you're talking about? something liek that?

ya but he well i think it was a he seemed to stare at us in a curious way like he was examining or something

Why do i never experience these things?

Sleep paralysis, no. black voids in my dream, no. having my dream collapse on me, no. seeing ghost-like people, no.

once in a while i've had a really weird experiences i guess u could call it a oev... dere too crazy to mention tho

Just think back - i'm sure there is quite a lot of stuff that happened to you, but most likely you just dismissed it...
I havent experienced a lot of think people are talking about.

this evening i succeed at meditation for the first time... it was pretty cool.

You're probably right plus i was only exaggerating

I was thinking about this meditation thing and trying it out. How would you know that you have achieved this meditation state....thing....

I get the little light artifacts with open eyes, and I know that it is not stuff on the surface of my eye as I now have a scratch on my cornea and it is quite different.

They seem to flow with air currents and occasionaly one or two will flash brightly as for Seeing shadowy figures... Go into the lucid experiences topic go back a few pages and look for "The day the Scientist went out to lunch"

That shadoy figure even spoke... and I did NOT go back to sleep that night... so if it was a dream then well guess what =) this is too..=P oh and I was sober too.
