      Sleep Paralysis

      Two things happen to me often. Sleep paralysis where I know something evil, usually a banshee or something OMG TOO MANY RPGS!!! Is about to kill me, so I lay silent like hoping it won't notice or something. And then right before I die I scream and run, only neither happens, and I just lay there awaiting duh duh duh certain death (for all you David Bowie fans).
      Its terrifying.

      The other thing that happens is I have these VIVID hallucinations. Like the other day, I got up and got this coke form the fridge...And got back in bed...The damn thing was so cold. But what was wierd about this trip was that I saw my cat on the way to the fridge. Wait a second...I don't have a cat. So I'm pondering all this and my hand is under the blanket with the ice cold coke...I can see the imprint in the blanket and everything...Then I decide I'll take a drink to wake up a little and forget this whole cat business. So I pull my hand out form under the blanket and there is nothing...

      What is interesting about it is that I didnt go back to sleep before I realized I had been dreaming...Wierd.

      hmmm i wonder why i went completely lucid and you still get scared.

      i do very very rarely now believe that my dreams cannot be manipulated. but i usually don't manipulate them anymore...it got...boring. so now, i try to focus on my emotional willpower. you know what's amazing? when you let your dreams try to kill you but still believe in yourself, i mean really believe that you cannot die...you won't. there's always a convenient plot twist!!! it always happens

      i haven't had a bad dream since...well...since before i started doing hallucinagens. um....that's likes about 3 years now, wow.

      as far as you seeing your cat (where's mercubio?) i thought you had one?

      That's kind of like me, I always know when I die in a dream because I'll wake up with this intense ringing in my ears and I cant move my arms or legs for a few seconds. It's really freaky, especially if you look at the clock, and the time is 3:33. I was so freaking scared when that happened, I kept my eyes open for like an hour and tried to stay really quiet..

      I honestly expected something to jump out of the shadows and kick my ass, lol..

      That is a really weird thing to happen to you. I have no idea though about how to change the outcome. I would say become Lucid, but that doesn't seem to work for you.
