A Dream Guide is not exactly different from a Spirit Guide if you ask me.

That comes with time, when you're ready for it it will come to you.

Yes. And my advice: Ask yourself this question: do you REALLY want a spirit guide, and WHY?

Don't you want to be in control of your own spiritual decisions? What if you meet your spirit guide, and they tell you that some of your beliefs are wrong? Then what?

yes yes lol so hard to get a straight answer out of your spirit guide i'll tell you that. always wise though.

Tell us about it? If that's okay with you?

anything i could tell you wouldn't really help you finding them. other than be open to thoughts that are in your mind that are not your own..

just have the intent to find them, and do not doubt that you can't. if it's meant to be they will find you.

Yes I found out about doing this through a different website on lucid dreaming. In my lucid dream I'll say out loud "I want to see my spirit guide". Someone will then show up near me, or appear from a white light. It's usually someone different each time, but I got the same woman 3 times. Unfortunately I usually forget what I talked to them about when I wake up.

Isn't that the whole idea of meeting the spiritual guide or whatever???? For them to help you correct you're wrongs, and teach you things that will help you make more informed and better decisions?... Am I missing something?, that's the one reason I would ever want to meet a guide... So they can tell me what they think about me or about anything, So I can then make 'the right choice'... Life is about decisions all along... meeting a spiritual guide to help you understand things -Not to tell what you HAVE to do- would be awesome I think....

you're talking about "spiritual decisions"... My thought is that Spiritual life and phisycal life are very linked together... If there's something bugging you in your waking like it will come and haunt you in your dreams (nightmares) or in an astral projetion (you can't go to higher planes when you've got too many unresolved "issues"... you'll probably stay on the lower planes if you do... which are not very different from a nightmare)... Aspiritual guide helping you understand or telling your wrongs would be the best if you ask me!!

I think it depends. I did not like being told I was wrong, or having my beliefs contradicted. I admit, I was (and am) immature, and I don't feel ready at all for any of the stuff I got involved in spiritually. Hence my questions--a lot of people would want their beliefs reinforced, not corrected, especially if the "truth" is something that gives them less comfort than their previous beliefs.

Same with life choices. I wasn't happy about being told I was wrong in making certain choices. When those choices in turn backfired on me, it was devastating. For example, I was in a relationship and I was told that it would fail (and how it would fail). No matter who you are, if you are mature enough to say "You know what, you're right, I'm going to walk away from this person I love," then more power to you to go find a spirit guide or whatever. But a lot of people, like me, may not be ready for that type of thing. So that's why I think it's worth seriously thinking about those things.

Believe me I understand VERY well what your point is… I’ve been where you are my whole life… its so hard to accept certain things… and just a couple a months ago I went thru a really bad heartbrake too... But it was one that made me realize about many things I was doing wrong...

I believe we're here to learn something... each person has their own lil things to learn... And you can choose to learn lessons the hard way or maybe realize about your flaws and take your time to accept that you might just be wrong… or that maybe you did make a wrong choice ..
I think even though its really hard to be mature enought to make certain decisions its still better that way cause at least you have more time... more time to fix those things little by little... And that way you won't have to learn it the hard way... Like maybe you did with you're experience... and like I have with all of my experiences... I keep bumping into people who have a very similar way of dealing with things.These people I'm referring to are all SO Very different from each other and yet on certain things, they're pretty much the same.. maybe its because I need to learn something about that... about the way they are.. and I believe i will Continue to bump into the same kinda people until I learn what i need to learn. .. Its really hard to see it that way or accept it... But something inside me tells me I might just be right about that, even tho my hard head still hasn't accepted it completely...

If I was rude to you in any way before I apologize… I understand you now… I think in a way I used to (OR still do on some ocasions…) think just like you…

I've been trying to get into the whole spiritual thing since i was 16... I started off reading about OBE's... I had no idea about LD's until last year... I had my first OBE when I was 20... had other experiences before but, the real thing happend then... I still haven't been able to learn it all that well... I guess I've been distracted with my own thoughts so I haven't put that much effort into it, and well, like you can imagine it just doesn't come that easy for me.... But I'm practicing!!

Everyday that passes I lose more and more hope on humanity… I think people have become robots… and some even monsters… majority of people had lost their innocence and forgot completely where they come from… mother earth… I am shocked! To see how even children lose their innocence at such early ages… I don't want to become like that... I want to learn.. learn about the world... but before that I think i should learn about myself... I think the dream world and spiritual world are my only and maybe last hope... Hope to find something there to help me see my wrongs, even if their painful… its better to realize about them before its too late… Hope to understand why people act the way they do... Hope to understand why I act the way I do sometimes... I don't know... If there is a spitritual guide of some sort, I hope that someday I'll be good enough to meet them

I have a very strong connection to my Guides, Allies, and Benefactor. I have since I was twenty years old.

I can connect with them in several different ways; through prayer, meditation, Journeying, Dreaming or simply by feeling for their energy and addressing them directly during mental "down times" like driving.

What have you done so far to connect to yours?
