      the staff of what???

      i have this dream
      well its a picture really
      its just this darkish blue staff and instead of rust it has ice andd hit has two horn type things up the top of the staff and in between the horns is a jad or emerald with an electric glow around it thats the only thing thats moving in the picture,,, the electrical waves
