      what happened?

      really wierd thing happened today

i was half asleep in my art class, and i guess i was kinda in a half trance. anyway, i very clearly heard a person behind me tripp and fall. i heard them let out a short gasp as they ran into a desk.

the strange (alsmost scary) part is that when i turned to see who it was, i saw someone walk in the door, tripp, and gasp as they ran into a desk. it was the same.
this has happened to me before, but still, it really shook me for about half an hour.

has any of you had similar experiences?

      Re: what happened?

Here is an experience I had you might be interested in.

A little while back I had a dream that I was wandering around my house looking for clothes so I could get ready to go to school (My clean clothes are sometimes scattered all around the house so it can take a while to find particular articles of clothing). In my dream, I wasn’t having any luck finding clothes downstairs so I went back up to my room to see what I could find (I had already checked my room once for clothes in this dream) . Upon entering the room I hit the light switch, the light flashed on, briefly illuminated the room, and then quickly burnt out just as soon as it turned on. I then looked over on my desk to find the clothes I was looking for, and the dream ended.

That morning I woke up and went for as shower as usual. After the shower I went back up to my room. I turned on the light, and the light flashed on, and then burnt out, exactly like it happened in the dream. Then I looked over at my desk to find the exact same clothes that were in my dream on my desk, in the exact same position as the dream. It was a really weird and creepy moment. Afterwards I sat down on my bed for a while trying to figure out what just happened.

The only difference between that dream, and what happened that morning was that I did not wander around the house looking for clothes like I did at the beginning of the dream.

The part about the clothes is explainable, as I had purposely set those clothes there the previous night. My mind simply remembered the clothes and their position. But the part about the light bulb burning out, well, I have no idea how to explain that!

Wow rags that must be mega freaky. I would have laughed my ass off if that happened. My sense of humour is obscure like that.

Maybe that was a vision, even though im not too keen on the idea of them existing...

      But very interesting

My friend and myself get those sometimes. Very cool!
"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."
      - Albert Einstein
"We're so engaged in doing things to achieve purposes of outer value that we forget the inner value, the rapture that is associated with being alive, is what it is all about."
      -Joseph Campbell
"He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. This disgrace to civilisation should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, senseless brutality, deplorable love-of-country stance, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be part of so base an action! It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."
      -Albert Einstein
