Hi
And welcome back. The only advice I can give you is to think about reading a book or two on Lucid Dreaming. Stephen LaBerge has a few that are good for starters. As a matter of fact I'm on my way to the library to pick up my third one from him. Most Libraries have a linking computerized system that accounts for most of the states Libraries and for les then a 10-dollar fee per year they will get books from all over the state. I bought a few on line but the Library is the cheapest way but not always the most in selection.

I'm glad you joined us here at DV and I hope that you are able to learn whatever you're setting your mind to. Having had some experience will help in initiating them. If you need any ideas on what to do in your LDs, we've got a couple of posts around here with rather long lists!
