      Question A couple Problems I am having with WILD

      Last night I tried to WILD ( I missed a bunch of stuff, so I'm not surprised it didn't work), but two things bothered me.

      One, I would sometimes twitch a finger or a foot without meaning to. They weren't itchy or anything, and it was done subconsciously (I think), but it still worries me a bit.

      Secondly and similarly, I would sometimes swallow without meaning to. I would be laying there and I would without having told my body to. Will this affect my WILD, or should I just let this happen?
