      DANSKI is here! and he needs help

      hey im danski and im new here. I had a lucid on sunday and didn't know what happened so i came here and am learning about lucid dreaming. I am having no luck and haven't had any progress since that damn accidental dream. What are the fastest and most effective ways to learn lucid dreaming?
