Thread: Did I Lucid Dream?

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I've been facinated by lucid dreams for a while now, ever since I saw that movie Waking Life. Well anyway, a while back, I was trying to WILD for weeks. Litterally every night, but I would always drift off. So I went to bed one night with out trying to wild or anything, just regular sleep. (for about a month before this I was having very vivid dreams, maybe because WILD attempts?) My dream was crazy and completly impossible. I was in a green hairy cave, and everytime somebody would come in I would kill them with this orange stuffed worm. And when they would die a big Hummer (as in the car, H2) would speed by and leave the cave, always in a diffrent color. So after hitting this one guy, I look around, and I realise its a dream, out of no where. I get excited as hell and start jumping around. I decide to do a reality check, one that I got from Waking Life. I start running to the light switch (in the middle of the cave) and everything starts getting all slow, but I knew i had to test the damn switch. I finally get to flick the switch, and right when I flick the switch I wake up. It was early morning, around 8. I kick my self for letting it go, but then think, did I actually lucid dream? Or did I dream I went lucid? Any ideas?
