Ever have a DC tell you you were dreaming?

hey, I have a quick question to ask everyone... Has anyone ever had someone in your dream tell you you were dreaming? Thanks for reading

Not that I can remember... Strangely enough I'm always telling everyone in my dreams that they are just parts of my dream, to which I get blank smiles or random answers that have nothing to do with what I just said.

Although I've had huge conversations with dream characters about what was happening too, where we were and why, (pretty awesome existential conversations), I don't think I've ever had one tell ME I was the one dreaming.

I've had that before... Didn't make me become lucid though...

The DC said, "Hey, you're dreaming!"
And I replied, "Oh, thats nice"

And continued what I was doing...unlucid.
      Bollocks.

That was one of my main methods of becoming lucid before I knew about the lucid dreaming community. The other one was just "feeling" that I was in a dream. I was never fully aware of the implications of that realization in those days though. I was just happy to fly around or breath underwater and let the dream take its course.

but my DC just know that i am dreaming

one time i said i wias dreaming to a DC and they said "we know"

it was funny, and angering, becuase i wanted to break them down crying by letting them know they do not exist...o well there is always next time

Na, Ive never had a DC tell me I was dreaming but I have conversed about it shortly after the realization that I was dreaming. I was talking to one of my best friends that I havent seen in years (he moved back to his native land, Canada!) when I realized that I was dreaming. I asked him if I was dreaming and he laughed and said no like I was crazy. I then told him that I was pretty sure that I was dreaming. Then he sort of smiled and looked away.

I found that pretty hilarious how a DC tried to convince me that I wasnt dreaming after I was positive that I was.

Yea, usually my DCs dont care that I dreamed them up...

BUT once I did have a dream where I was running around or whatever, and a bunch of DCs came over to me and said " Your in a dream and you need to wake up becuase you are soooooo late right now." I was like oh no, and woke right up. Sure enough I was running late, but I still made it to school right before it started.
