Thread: Finally! Its A Start!

Last night i was asleep, i didnt try to do anything, i accually prayed to god that i would become lucid....(because im a christian, and i would appreciate it if you didnt trash me because you have different beliefs, please.) I was in a dream where everyone around me was getting shot, one by one and i didnt know why. Well my wife always sleeps beside of me, and suddenly she was shot, and i said to myself, this cant be this must be a dream I dont even remember waking up this morning. and then it clicked..

IM DREAMING i said to myself....Brandi is asleep beside of me, and im asleep also. But then when i realized it, i faded slowly but surely outta lucidity, and then went to another dream. I kept telling myself over and over that i was dreaming, but i couldnt do anything to control myself and take control of the dream.

Im so happy that i finally got one and now it makes me just want to try harder than i was.....

Also thank all of you that gave me advice and helped me along to have my first after 1 year of trying. You may not realize it, but your words of wisdom really did make me happiest guy on earth.
