Hello,
Just having found this forum but have known about Lucid Dreaming. I hope that this site and the people on it can help me with my abilities and in turn I can help also.

Hey there and welcome to the forum!!
The first thing I would recommend is that you should keep a Dream Journal, and use it to greatly increase your recall! Also, you might want to take a look at the Tutorials as well.
