      Hi dreamers , my name is Timpan and Im from sweden - i hope to learn and master lucid dreaming , bought the book Exploring the world of lucid dreaming by Stephen LaBerge , Im currently learn how to get good dream recall.

      to Dream Views! Dream recall is SO important when it comes to persuing LDing. It would suck to have a LD and not be able to remember it! In the "Tutorials" section there is a tut on how to improve your dream recall.

      Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming is a great book. Never underestimate the Wake Back To Bed / MILD combo.
