Good to hear you've already got a foot in the door, so to speak!
I used to have the same problem as you, too much stress and not enough sleep. One thing I recommend is exercise; a few others are scented bubble baths, nice dinners, and some good books. That's up to you, however.

I know what you mean, though, Passage. It's finals week here at school and I just finished writing my last two papers of the semester last night at 3:30am. One thing I've found that helps with stress is just to make time for yourself. Sometimes I've just got to close the book or put down the pencil and just stop.
