Hi welcome to dream views!its cool how u already know how to lucid dream.
I just arrived and I'm wandering aimlessly reading random posts on the board.
Uhh, without transition, I will introduce myself. I've had a bunch of lucidish dreams and countless wierd other dreams. Some of them seemed just random, others seemed to be different parts of a very short story. I've read several books on all sorts of dreaming, and I have, by accident had this one... pointless.. lucid dream.
Interestingly, the several days following when I first read the instructions of the main site, I had one dream at the end of each night during Christmas vacation. That was really cool because I have had horrible dream recall recently. This improved dream recall lasted until this past Monday when I was ripped out of sleep by a !@# alarm clock.
I am glad that this message board is not white-on-black. That seems to make me claustrophoic.![]()
Hey, you. Are you real or are you one of my dream characters? *pokes you*

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
Well, kind of....
I've tried since that one lucid dream, and I have been rather unsuccessful at having any other vaguely lucid dream.

Howdy ho!
Velcome too ze site on ze loo-seed dremming. I like the layour of the site too, very professional and cheery. your the second newbie to comment on it in 2 days. all the more reason to not change it, right? hint hint
anyway, Dream recall is MUCH much better if you try it on a non-working day. or holidays, and every person can cast testimony to that.
So expect good recall on the weekends and bad recall on heavy work days where you have a wake/sleep schedule (alarm clock&early night)
Head over to tutorials and have a look there, its where our knowledge centre on everything is. try the MILD one first and stick with trying it nightly for about a week or so.
Why, thank you! That's an odd avatar.Originally posted by Amethyst Star

And to Damascus,
I've already all of the main page and one of the tutorials, though people keep using the abbreviations... what is MILD? Winters are actually slightly harsh around here. (Slightly... is that MILDly harsh? Never mind.)

Welcome to the board!
Not sure if you really need to know what MILD means, or you are just making a lame attempt at a joke, but just in case it means: Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream. For more information on this topic, go here

If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
Ahh, thank you. That was not a joke.Originally posted by Truthbearer
