Dreamsigns are usually common things that show up in your dreams often, like teeth, riding a bus, flowers, whatever. Recently, one of my dreamsigns was lockers (the school kind, you know?) So everytime I went to my locker, or randomly thought about it, I'd do a reality check. The trick is, figuring out what shows up in your dreams the most. This is where dream journals really come in handy.

Besides what QS said, dream signs could also be weird or unusual things. So whenever a weird thing happens or you see something unusual, do an RC then too.
