Hi! I'm new too.
I have the same problem. I don't sleep until around 7 or 8 am the next morning and don't wake up until 5pm. My schedule is completely flipped.
1.You can try staying up until the next day to regulate your sleep. (Probably not the best idea.)
2. Tire yourself out by working out earlier in the day.
As for the other issue.
Just try to relax, if that doesn't work try camomile tea.
