Okay, so is it normaly that I might slip into a rut, a time period where I can't even focus when I get into bed? That I can't even count to ten once I close my eyes? I don't remember my dreams as of late, and I was just getting to a point when I was remembering very long dreams with vivd detail.
Maybe I was getting cocky and not thinking about it as much, and just assuming that it would.
Maybe I'm actulay just really f'in' tierd.

But would they really make it so I just don't remember dreams? I just can't recal them at all, atleast not enough to write them down. I woke up after one the other night, and I went to write it down right away, then I couldn't remember anything about.
And I think I was nearly lucid the other night. I remember in my dream knowing it was a dream. But I don't remember anything else about it besides a soft lime green on everything....

I do, and I was wondering if that is normal. When I remember dreams, I remember vividly all their colors and textures. And they are always odd, colors they arn't suposed to be.

Stress is a factor in dream recall. My recall will almost completely wither away if I'm under a lot of stress. And if you're conking out almost as soon as you get to bed I'm guessing your body needs sleep that badly. Maybe you should focus more on eliminating or lessening the stress in your life and getting adequate sleep before working on dream recall again.
But if you're determined to remember, try to adjust your sleep schedule so it's regular. Write even the smallest dream fragments and even the smallest lingering emotions from the dream.
Before you lay down to sleep tell yourself to remember your dreams. Just stick to it and the recall will come back eventually.
I dream in vivid colour as well. Most people do. It's odd that once upon a time it was thought that we could only dream in black and white.
The only time I've had a black and white dream was when I changed the dream scene to black and white so I could see what it would look like as a B&W photo before I actually took the picture.
