Hello.
Just a few days ago I was browsing erowid.org and came across some section about dreaming. I've always thought dreams were fascinating, but never looked into them much. I started reading up on lucid dreaming and learned that anyone who can dream can learn to recall those dreams and can eventually learn to lucid dream at will. I found it so fascinating that I had to try it. I went out to a local bookstore to get some more information on it and ended up buying like a 9 dollar book that is basically a guide to exercises and things you can practice to induce lucid dreams and learn to control them. On my first night focusing on remembering dreams (and I rarely ever do normally) I remembered a short fragment of one dream and an entire other dream. I was pretty surprised... and excited.
Anyways, sorry for being long winded, but I'm pretty excited about it.
Have a good one,

Mind if I ask what book you got? There are alot of good ones.
I was just like you, and the day I learned about praticing dreaming, I remembered like 2 dreams. And it gets better. Just wait untill you get your first lucid dream. Oh, boy, oh boy!
Make sure you keep a Dream Journol (DJ), it is an invaluble instrument for recall.
Also, check out the Tutorial section(http://www.dreamviews.com/tutorials.php). It has alot of good information, but I recomend starting with the acronym list(http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=2954).
It looks confusing, but you'll learn it like a second language in no time.
That's all, PM me (Or a Dream Guide, they have the Green names) any questions you have, and we hope to see you around.
By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
