      WBTB Help

      Hey,

I just woke up and decided to try a WBTB. I was wondering if any of you guys had any advice or tips for this method. I have not had a lucid dream yet.
      Thanks

well i mean you dont want to drink alot before the initial sleep. this will help you with the urge of the bathroom. also make sure before you go to sleep for the initial time that the shades are drown, door shut, becuase you want to be in the mind of sleep when u wake up.

Isn't a WILD the same thing as WBTB?

a WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) is where you get out of bed after a few hours and do some LD related stuff for a while. Like writing in your dream journal, reading LD articles or books, and generally just think about LDing. Then you go back to bed and hope for a DILD. Or, combine the WBTB with WILD or some other Induction technique

a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) is where you let your body fall asleep while your mind is still awake.

That's my take on it anyway. There's plenty of WILD tutorials in the Tutorials section Just click the link Clairity provided

HMMM .Well lets start. You have to make clear what WBTB is at first. Trully and really clear. After that. You have to make sure you understand sleeping {in terms of rythm and time}. After that, you should make your own goals which you would like to try while doing WBTB. And. When you are ready. Knowing what you want, you should experiment.
Probable results>> One night. No success. Second night no success. Third night. Maybe some little success.

      and so on...

WBTB and LD is about experimentations. As soon as you move more and more deep, you should ask specific questions and you will get the tips you wish. But first. Make yourself comfortable doing WBTB.

yeah I did have my first LD that morning from using this method, it was pretty short though.
      Total LD's: 5 (4 DILD, 0 WILD, 1 MILD,
      0 FILD)
