      What is a Dream Guide?

      Hello there.......

      I was looking trough this forum for a week now and i found a lot of words and "things" that i didn't understand........


      So.....whats a Dream Guide i heard that its somebody that's in your dream or something like that .......Can anyone anserw me Thanks

      A dream guide (or DG) is a person in your dreams who knows more about you than you know about yourself. Or at least, that's the case for the most people.

      It's unsure what a DG exactly is. It could be your subconscious (I think that's the most likely), or it could be an external spirit. We cannot know for sure

      This list should help you out with all the terms. A better dictionary is also in the works, but this one should get you up to date

      A Dream Guide is also a staff member here on DV who is supposed to welcome new members and help teach lucid dreaming So if you have any questions, you can post here, make a new thread, or PM any of us DGs and we'll try to do our very best to help you out!

      Hehehe it sounds weird when u hear that there is a person that knows more about you than you know about yourself......(ofc he/she doesnt realy exist but still..... )

      Personally, the notion of a DG is BS to me. All my DCs are relatively coherent and helpful simply because I expect them to be. It seems like such a waste to expect your DCs and thus command them to be illogical, incoherent simpletons. I'd rather they were all able to help me or talk to me, and so they always are.
