i want to fly (cant remember the guys name on heroes)

Two characters have got that ability: - Nathan Petrelli and West Rosen.

I'd totally be Gabriel and crack people's skulls.

Seriously though, I like flying. Hiro's power is cool too.

I'd like the rapid cellular regeneration ability, the one Claire and Adam both have.

I also like Angela's ability of precognitive dreams - that would be handy.

Hmmm, I really don't think I like any of their powers. They are either overpowered or underpowered.

Some of them just aren't even practical!

At least with the underpowered individuals, though, they have to think in order to be sucessful.

Characters like Arthur, Nathan, and Sylar are just stupid. They have all this power but I mean really the only person who uses his power well is Sylar, and that is only because he is the villain. They purposely make characters like Nathan retarded without any capability of using their powers to their potential because they don't know how to create a plot while remaining true to the pre-existing scenarios. But that is ok because they've already made a name for themselves by making poorly written plot lines.

I mean really, no one ever says it, but the first seasons plot wasn't very good either. We all just thought it was good because of the whole "save the cheer leader" crap, so all we focused on was WHY THE HELL is the cheer leader so important. What is her big dark secret? Oh...so she drugs the guy who can turn into a bomb. Ok.

Sorry for the rant, but seriously, I like heroes, but it really is crappy when you think about it. The continuously changing the plot lines is just sad. I don't remember it all, but didn't they pretty much just make the plot even worse with the new stuff they added to the past we didn't know before? /tear. I'm ashamed to like the show.


If I had to choose a power it would be Matt's telepathy. Being able to control people is something I've always wanted to do. But more to the point, I want to be able to read people's minds and find out if they do evil stuff and make them walk off of cliffs.

I agree with you 50% as sometimes I do think that the show is bordering really far fetched but I disagree with you 50% as the show needs to be like that as that's the sort of thing the genre entails.

I know this is off topic but does anyone like the character Daphne? I think she rocks.

Daphne is cool, but she seems kind of stupid to be a theif. She needs to be more cunning. She also needs to kill people. I would like her more if she killed people.

I liked Season 1, disliked season 2 and absolutely hated the first 9 episodes of season 3 (until the eclipse). After that it got better, I must say. I now enjoy it again

Yeah but that's the thing about her story. She is acts bad but deep down she isn't. She just wants to be good. The only reason she was a thief is because she felt like life owed her something. It's all what makes her lovable.

I had a Heroes-esque dream last night involving people with "powers." *wonders where her mind comes up with this stuff* There was one girl (a villain) and if she layed down on a shelf or something (it was something specific) and someone put something on top of her, she couldn't move. Not really a power, I know. Then another lady cop-figure was able to control people through pop cans. She would lay them out or put them in a line or they just appeared or something and she could make them do what she wanted.

Then Claire was in the dream. She was going after the bad guys but the pop-can lady didn't want her to get hurt and was going to take her somewhere (towards the villains?) and had her out in front following a line of Coke cans. Claire kept telling her that it's not necessary to try and protect her and was about to demonstrate why, but I woke up.

Stupid coke-can lady.

But seriously, some of those are pretty cool powers. I'm partial to Peter's powers, but that's just me. I'm a sucker for a good guy.

My all time favorite powers have to the ones that can allow you to see the future. I guess this is because I'm obsessed with the future ^^

My favourite has to be either Peter's (if there are other peeps with powers) or Matt's power, but more evolved, like completely hacking someone's neurobiological systems.

(Yeah, control freak, I know )

I was just watching some stuff on youtube on heroes Fugitives. It's going to be an interesting season. I can't wait till February 2nd!

And what's with Tim Kring having vowed some stuff?

I was on Heroes Revealed, and somehow it said Tim Kring had vowed to change the plotline and make it better and stuff

Oh cool. I wonder if it will get better. It's already pretty great anyway.
