      No... Leo Volont actually seemed to have deep knowledge of some of the topics he talked about. Even though he didn't listen to anyone's opinion and insulted those who disagreed with him, he did seem to be very knowledgeable at times.       No... Leo Volont actually seemed to have deep knowledge of some of the topics he talked about. Even though he didn't listen to anyone's opinion and insulted those who disagreed with him, he did seem to be very knowledgeable at times.
