How do i become a referee?
When get enough points, or when you are already awesome prior to this club.

Around 25-30

What's the point of this?

Referee's are the soul of our club. They give out the APs (Awesome points)

It's not easy to create new usergroups, which is what I'd have to do to give you wings. Plus, even if it were easy, I can't just hand out recognitions for every person who starts a club.
