Thread: The Bathroom Question

I find just about everything about a bath quite humorous:

- the idea of soaking in my own dirt...not pleasant
- the image of a guy lying in a bath tub...that's just awkward
- the various chemicals created specifically for baths..."My skin! It burns!!"

So, aye...shower it is.

I could not have said it better myself!

How long. Not very. No hair to wash. 10 minutes maybe.

7 minute shower.


2 minutes to wash and rewash hair.
3 minutes to stand and do nothing in particular.
2 minutes to FAIL.

I've spent over three hours in a bath a few times. If I'm feeling sufficiently lazy. It's not so fun when it gets cold, but I can lie and read forevers.

Showers scare me. They're too quick-paced and rushed. I like to take my time over such things.

As lazy as I have felt at times or as much as I have felt like not taking a shower, I have NEVER regretted taking one.

Showers for me, rather long ones too, 15+ minutes. My spa can also substitute a shower, so much chlorine in there, it`s like swimming in mustard gas...

I always shower, which usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes. I tend to stand there and do nothing Oh and wash my body and hair ofcourse

...no bath people?

I feel unclean.

i used to have more baths but now i mainly shower, since i like morning ones now.

In summer i don't have baths, unless there ice cold and thats only to cool me off.

In winter if it's very cold i have a hot bath, though its more to warm me then for hygiene, i'd probably end up having a warm shower to.

I take showers, for all reasons listed above. Takes me about an hour.

I also love bubble baths in the jacuzzi. But, after that, I always take a shower. Takes a good three hours.

Me = 10 minute shower. I'm a busy person.

Most of the time is dedicated to my hair, and my hair is really long. O_O

1) I only take showers, havn't taken a bath in like 8 years lol.
2) I spend anywhere from 10-30 minutes. If I'm in there for a long time I am relaxin.

I take showers, and I am sure it is bad for me but usually twice a day - I have a freakish thing where I always wash my hands, and shower a lot, I don't know why.

Sometimes I like to run a herbal bath and soak there for an hour or so with some scented candles and a glass of wine, but every now and again.

As for times depends if I am alone or not

I used to take a lot of baths but these days they bore me. I shower, and it takes a whopping 20 minutes tops. I dunno, it just doesn't take me long to get clean. If it's really cold and miserable outside, I might consider just standing there in the shower 2 or 3 minutes longer.

2 showers per day. under 10 minutes for each.

Showers usually. About 15 mins in really hot water, though I rinse the conditioner out of my hair in really cold water (makes it shinier and healthier )

I only take baths if I'm extremely cold to the core and need to warm up, or if I'm bored and feel like just relaxing in the hot water. The cats like to sit on the ledge of the tub and play with the bubbles

My lord people...I'm in and out of the Shower...haven't taken a bath in about 6 or 7 years also... i'd say on the whole (unless i'm excercising madly) once a day for a shower to be honest...No more than 5 minutes each, soap up, rinse, shampoo twice (head n' shoulders), rinse, relax for a minute or two..and out goes bro.

I once was on a camping trip with about 24 other kids..perhaps a shower a week at best..I don't take it for granted anymore, I like to be clean, but I don't overdue it.

I like baths, though I prefer showers. I usually use 30 minutes in there, washing my hair twice, washing armpits twice, washing private parts () and then for a bit of masturbation fun

I've been in that situation... Ever heard of smoke showers ?

I take showers, always. I can take showers that are 10 minutes if I am pressed for time, but I can also draw them out for as long as an hour. Also, I use lukewarm water...or ice water. I am not a hot water fan.

-wash hair twice
-wash body
-rinse out shampoo
-condition hair
-Shave minor areas (i.e. armpits)
-rinse out conditioner
-shave legs
-re-wash body

Then I'm out to wash my face and brush my teethies and whatnot.

5 min cold showers for me. I dont like hot water at all. Come to think of it i dont like anything hot. Not hot food, and i hate summer ( i usually retreat to the bottom of a lake) i should just move to alaska
