It may be because I've been watching movies (and making soup) all day, but that was quite hilarious. And, since I'm the only one home I was able to laugh out loud! Yeah! Thank you for the entertainment.

It was supposed to be like a taco soup, but when I put all the ingredients together, minus the taco seasoning, I liked how it tasted and left it at that. So, it was just a tasty mixture of diced tomatoes and chiles (yeah!), corn, green beans, and ground beef. Then I added some diced onions and garlic, and just a touch of taco seasoning and ground pepper. It was good and a bit on the spicy side.
