Thread: Childhood fears

I was totally afraid of the dark. I think I saw my first horror movie too early and it freaked me out. I am the lone bedroom on the first floor so I would be the first person attacked. I would constantly look around my room every time I heard a creak. That was an annoying time. I still have this issue with spider webs. I don't mind spiders but the feeling of a web on me, makes me spaz out. My friends poke fun at me for it.

I think it is funny that clowns are supposed to cheer children up, but SO many people are scared of them. And how can you blame them? They look horrifying.

I remember 1 time i was walking pass som garbage sacks filled with clothes in my moms room and thought i saw it move in my eyecorner and since then i always thought they were alive and woud eat me in my sleep i woud get alot of nightmares of the garbage sacks that they wanted to eat me and my mom ^^

i feared them from when i was 2.5 years old till i was 5 or 6 then i realized that it was filled with clothes and not som mysterious monster, demon or whatever

hmm....i always had to check under my bed to make sure there was no one under it and if it creaked in the middle of the night i would freak.i had to have my closet shut as tight as it would go to make sure nothing would come out of it.i always thought i saw stuff out of the corner of my eyes out my window at night so i couldn't sleep facing it and i had to sleep completely under my covers so no one could see me from outside.i was terrified of my bathroom after i saw the shining and i always thought whenever i would take a bath that someone would come out of the closet and kill me so i had to open it and check inside when ever i went into the bathroom. lol, oops long post but i was very skiddish as a kid.

Lol, the dark, and I'm still not over it! Lulz...I also thought that big, evil trees and stuff would crawl through my windows and rip off my legs or arms, so I could never let them out of the covers.

I was deeply afraid of illness and death. I was scared of hell and cancer. At one point I was afraid of germs and choking, and stopped eating for a while. There you go.
