Sweet Dreams Are Made Of Cheese

Camembert is a potent orgasmagen. After coming home from France I realized that I was physically addicted. I went to stop & shop and picked up a wheel for myself, only to find that American Camembert isn't actually Camembert, but toejam. I had the shakes and couldn't get out of bed for months.

The first time I ever had it was at a little eclectic hole-in-the-wall restaurant here in Dallas called The Grape. They had "baked camembert" as an appetizer, but it's almost a dessert. They bake it, you know, so it becomes all soft and runny (since it's not as soft as brie at room temperature), then they served it with toasted almond syrup and apple slices.

Then I made it at home once when me and my mom were really drunk, and she literally fell on the floor because she said it was so good (and because she was drunk as a skunk).

It's pretty much sliced, parmesan and mozarella in my world. If only I knew more about cheese!
