have you ever noticed how much I use the word "really"? seriously. I overuse it. sometimes I look over my posts before I sumit and delete some of the reallies, other times I just leave them. even though there might be like 3 in the same sentence.

I forgot what I was going to apologize for.

my proposition: from what I've gathered, "OP" stands for "Original Post"
maybe also used as "Original Poster". I hope so because that is how I've been using it. anyway, I think it would make more sense if we changed it to "IP" for "Initial Post". I know "original" and "initial" have close to the same meaning, but I think "initial" definitely fits better. I also know that IP also stands for "Internet Protocol", but I think people of reasonable intelligence will be able to figure it out from the context.

I discovered that there are other words in the same region with meanings that are more suitible to the abbreviation and suggested changing the word...sure people on the internet are used to "OP", but people were used to the name "Pluto" a lot longer I think...
