To remember Sin, Cosign, and Tangent.
Some Old Hippie, caught another hippie, trippin' on acid.
Sin Opposite Hypotenuse, Cosign Adjacent Hypotenuse, Tangent Opposite Adjacent.
I learned that a few years ago in Trig.
this is no joke:
so my anatomy teacher starts of the day by holding a cucumber and saying
"oh oh oh, to touch and feel very green vegetables, ahhhh"
its a mnemomic device to memorize the cranial nerves in order:
olfactory optic oculomotor trochlear trigeminal abducens facial vestibulocohlear glossopharyngeal vagus accessory hypoglossal
either some horny college student or lonely old lady came up with this...

In 10th grade Chem, I made up a mnemomic that went:
"Oxen Eat Rice, Rats Eat Lentils"
but for the life of me, I can't remember what it was for. Something to do with electrodes, and right and left...
Can anyone help me out here? ^_^;

Oxidation electrons right, Reduction electrons left...
Does that sound about right, scientifically speaking?

I made up my own huge list to remember the names of the presidents in 7th grade. Rumor has it my teacher still talks about it to this day. I only remember the first part for the first names and the first part of the last names.
"Good Jim Tim just jumped junk another month while Adam and Alicia moved under Rob's junk. While Adam's junk moved, Mark and Jill both had tumors pulling tightly from Pendleton's beans, leaving Jill grabbing her gut."
Something like that.... yah, I was crazy. Still am to some degree.
"If there was one thing the lucid dreaming ninja writer could not stand, it was used car salesmen."
My math teacher says GEMDAS
G = Group
